Loving the gasps and applause for the story we told
The reactions of the children were wonderful to behold
Although it was in a language they did not fully understand
All in all they thought what we did was grand!
Even when off the stage I rolled...

It was over the edge I had bowled
Which in turn became comedic gold
All in shock for I could still stand
Loving the gasps and applause for the story we told

Cameras flashed as cheering was extolled
The audience once never having to be cajoled
Cast and crew ecstatic it was not perceived bland!
Glad the children paid attention for the length it spanned
A great bow from us all, until it was off the stage we strolled
Loving the gasps and applause for the story we told.
This is my late entry for day 20 of the DFC. I was at work giving and being in the school's Christmas Pagent. Thus the subject of todays poem! ^_~b Yes, I di dhurt myself falling off the stage as I stated, but nothing serious just a minor bruise. ^_~b All worth it.

To find out more about the DFC and the form please visit the wonderful Kiwi's journal! [link]

Enjoy!
